• Game servers
• IRC servers or IRC bots
• Shoutcast servers
• Mass-emailing, spamming, port-scanning, or any sort of unsociable behavior
• Scripts that use inordinately high resource levels

While at this time we don't ban the use of any specific scripts, and we don't mind the occasional spike of server resource usage (processor and RAM), users cannot use more than their fair share of server resources over extended periods of time.

Forum scripts, and indeed most scripts, are fine. But there are some shopping-orientated scripts - such as amazon.cgi and shop.cgi - that can very quickly use up the resources of a whole server.

99 Pence Hosting cannot be used to display, store, or link to the following:

• Illegal or copyright-infracting material of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, software, music, or information which is used for illegal purposes
• Pornographic material

99 Pence Hosting will have the final word in what is suitable. Contact us for confirmation of any material that might be borderline.

Terms Of Service Violations

By purchasing an account on 99 Pence Hosting you agree to these Terms of Use.

Any breach of the Terms Of Service will result in the immediate termination of your account. And there will be no refunds. So play nice.

Liability

99 Pence Hosting cannot be held liable for down time or lost data.

While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted connectivity and data, this is computer technology we're dealing with.

Support

While we cannot guarantee immediate support, every effort is made to address all questions and requests within 48 hours of lodgement (and usually within 8 hours).

Cancellations

All payments made to 99 Pence Hosting are non-refundable.

However, accounts cancelled within the first 14 days will receive a full refund of any account payments made (this does not include the setup fee which is non-refundable). Refunds will not be given after any instance of account/server abuse, or after breaking of this Terms Of Service.

99 Pence Hosting reserves the right to cancel accounts with 15 days notice. The remaining balance of a cancelled account will be returned.

Modification

99 Pence Hosting reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
